How do I  become a registered reseller?

To become a registered reseller, you need to create an account with Max & Coco Co. and submit a completed application form to us either via e-mail at sales@maxncoco.com or by fax at +1 905 568 3894. It will take 3-5 business days to process your application.

If your application is approved, we will notify you by e-mail.

How do I cancel or change an order?

To cancel or change an order you recently completed, simply contact us at sales@maxncoco.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
