Q: How to see prices and place order?
A: You have to open a wholesale account with us to access prices and product information and to place orders.

Q: How to become registered resellers?
A: Please go to wholesale and click on to wholesale registration to fill in your information. Upon verification of the information you provide, we will send you a username and password to access our wholesale area (usually within 48 hours or 2 business days).

Q: What is your Minimum order?
A: $150 CDN is required for opening order and no minimum required after initial order. OR
Wholesale customers must purchase the minimums of a style in order to obtain the wholesale prices reflected in our shopping carts.

Q: What is your payment method?
A: All orders outside of Canada are shipped after receipt of PayPal confirmation, credit card, money orders, cashier checks and bank wire transfer (wire transfer fee is required on all wire transactions, please contact us for bank account information.) To ensure on-time delivery, we recommend that you mail us your check/ money order at least 2 weeks before delivery date. All products are listed in Canadian dollars. If you are shopping from United States, your credit card company will convert the price in Canadian dollars

Q: What if I want to return or cancel an order?
A: Product which has the slightest damage is not returnable. Max N Coco Co. strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. You may make changes to your order or make cancellation as long as it hasn’t been shipped out. Please email your cancellation request or order change to sales@maxncoco.com. Please include your name and order number. However, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. You will have to return the merchandise. Please see our Return Policy under Customer Service.
