Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: Pick an item and add it to your shopping cart.
When it has been placed you will see shipping calculated for you. Shipping
is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.
You can choose regular shipping or rush. This includes shipping, handling
and an insurance fee that is calculated according to your total purchase
price listed below.

Q: How are your packages shipped?
A: We usually ship orders via FedEx, UPS or DHL.
We can also ship via the Postal Service upon request.
For Canada:
Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited. Orders are shipped
with package insurance where applicable. Orders are processed within
24hrs Mon - Fri for in stock items. Standard shipping takes approx 2
- 5 days business days for delivery to local addresses and 5 - 10 days
for outside of Ontario.
For USA:
USA orders are shipped via Canada Post/ USPS and take approx 7 - 10
days for delivery. If you cannot make arrangements
to sign for your package, please email us at customerservice@maxncoco.com.
Your shipment will then be shipped without signature requirement. Max
N Coco Co. will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages
if shipped and delivered without a signature.

Q: What if I have alternative arrangements and shipping request?
A: If you prefer another method of shipping, please email us at sales@maxncoco.com and we will make those arrangements for you. You can also indicate in the comments section of the checkout what shipping method you would prefer. Maxncoco.com will email you prior to shipping to confirm the method and cost with you. You will be charged for the alternative shipping only after you have confirmed with Maxncoco.com. Shipping costs for carriers other than Canada Post and United States Postal Service will be varied depending on size, weight and speed.

Q: How will I know my package
has shipped?
A: Max N Coco Co. Ltd. will send you an email
once your order has shipped with delivery information. Shipping times
for the major Canadian cities averages 4 - 7 business days, excluding
any delays due to customs. Shipping to more remote areas may add several
additional business days. Please allow 10 - 14 days for normal shipping
time to U.S.

Q: When will my backorder ship?
A: To check the status of your order, you must
be registered and create a new account with us. After you signed in
to your account, just click on the Order Status.

Q: Am I going to be charged for
undeliverable package?
A: Any package returned for the following reasons;
refused, unclaimed, invalid address, unknown address or insufficient
address will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee of the entire purchase
price, less shipping fees; shipping/ Insurance, packaging, handling
and postage fees will not be refunded.
We recommend you should put a shipping location where someone will be
there to sign for the package. If you would like your package to be
left without a signature, please indicate this in the special instructions
for your order. Please understand that Max N Coco Co. cannot be responsible
for the loss or damage of packages delivered without a signature.

Q: What happened to lost or damaged
parcels?
A: Max N Coco Co. is not responsible for parcels
lost, stolen or damaged in transit. However, we insured all parcels
for full merchandise value to ensure that you are protected to receive
your money back on the item(s) purchased.
If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must contact the carrier that
was used. Please refer to your shipment confirmation email and file
a claim with the carrier indicated.
