Request for returns or exchange should be directed to Customer Service for approval within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please refer to the procedures provided below for requesting a return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item.

Other non-refundable items include:

  • Seasonal (Holiday) products, and

  • Clearance items. Products purchased from the clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned for a full exchange or store credit. All products (with the exception of defective merchandise) must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit. Original tags must be included in your return/exchange. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original package if possible.

Merchandise that are damaged in transit are non-refundable but will be replaced at no cost. Please contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.

 

Max N Coco Co. allows one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a 20% of the purchase price of the merchandise, being re-stocking and handling fee. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items.

Procedures to make a return

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#) in advance from Max N Coco Co. before returning the merchandise.
 

1.

Within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, submit your request for a RMA# by completing the "Return of Merchandise Authorization Request Form". Max N Coco Co. will send a "Return and Exchange Form" with an assigned RMA# to you via e-mail within 48 hours.
 

2.

Include the completed "Return and Exchange Form" in your return box and send it to the following address within 15 days of receipt of the RMA#:

It is recommend that you ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our Returns Department. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Once your package has been received; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days. If there is a refund due, a cheque will be mailed to you. You will be notified via
e-mail to the address listed on your order when the transaction has been completed.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
