Request for
returns or
exchange should be directed to
Customer Service for approval
within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please refer to the procedures
provided below for requesting a return or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund shipping
charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item.
Other non-refundable items include:

Seasonal (Holiday) products, and
-
Clearance items. Products purchased from the clearance section are final sale and
cannot be returned or exchanged.
Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned
for a full exchange or store credit. All products (with the
exception of defective merchandise) must be returned in good condition
to ensure full credit. Original tags must be included in your
return/exchange. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original
package if possible.
Merchandise that are damaged in transit are non-refundable but will be
replaced at no cost. Please contact
Customer Service within 48 hours
of receipt of merchandise.
Max N Coco Co. allows one
complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange
will incur a 20% of the purchase price of the merchandise, being
re-stocking and handling fee. Customers will be responsible for
shipping costs for returned items.

right of final approval on all returns and exchanges.
