If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return it
to us for a full merchandise exchange minus shipping charges or store
credit minus shipping. Request for returns or exchange should be directed
to the Customer Service email at customerservice@maxncoco.com within 15 days of receipt.

In order to receive a credit, all returns must be authorized by Customer Service in advance. Returned items must be in unused condition and only unworn apparel items may be returned.
All items must be returned in its original packaging with any additional items that came with it and with all tags still attached. We do not accept returned dog clothing, beddings and toys that has been used or damaged. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 15 days or has been used. The products bought in clearance section cannot be exchange or claim credit. The purchase of these products is final sale.
An item damaged during shipping will be replaced at no charge, at our discretion. Notify us via email at customerservice@maxncoco.com of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be returned unused with its original packaging. We do not accept order refunds as a result of shipping damage. Instead, the item will be replaced at our discretion.
We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a 20% re-stocking and handling fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returned items, unless items are damaged or defectives.
Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date by entering your credit code in the “coupon/ credit/ gift certificate code” field during checkout for your order.
Procedure to Make a Return
Before you can return items to Max N Coco Co., you will need a Return
of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Our Customer service representatives will need the following information:
1. Order Number
2. Product name and SKU
3. Reason for return
4. Specify whether you want to return for a replacement, exchange or
credit.
For all customers who has make the request will receive a RMA# within 24 hours along with a Return & Exchange Form. Print out the form, fill out your information on the form and enclose it along with the merchandise in its original packaging in unused condition to the below address within 15 days of receipt.

We recommends that you use UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to ship
returns to us. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost
or delayed during shipping and we can only credit you for items received.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your
credit card statement.
When returning an item from outside of Canada, please make sure that
you have marked "Returned merchandise" and "No commercial
Value" clearly on the customs documents of the packaging. Otherwise
the government will charge you a duty fee.

Return Authorization Request Form (RMA#)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply submit
your Return Request and information online by completing this form to
obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA no. is
not available by Telephone - this form MUST be used. Returns will only
be accepted within 15 days of receipt of product. Max N Coco Co. will
issue a Return Merchandise Authorization No.(RMA#) within 24 hours of
receipt of the form or next business day. No RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED
WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
