Q: How can I check the status of
my order?
To check the status of your order, you must be registered and create a new account with us. After you signed in to your account, just click on the Order State you will see the date of your order(s), the order number, order items and the total dollar amount of your order in Canadian dollars. By clicking on your order number, you will be able to see the details of the order that you placed.
If you placed your order while shopping as a guest and did not set up an account at maxncoco.com (by specifying a password). You will not have online access to your order status details. This is for privacy and security reasons. To benefit from this feature for future orders you will need to specify a password when checking out. This will set up an account that you can login to and view the status of your orders.

Q: How do I change quantities or cancel an item
in my order?
A: Max N Coco Co. strives to process and ship
all orders as promptly as possible. You may make changes to your order
or make cancellation as long as it hasn't been shipped out. Please email
your cancellation request or order change to sales@maxncoco.com.
Please include your name and order number. However, once your order
has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.

Q: My order has shipped but I still can't track
it. How can I find out where it is?
A: Tracking information may not be available for
the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation
email. If after 48 hours, you're still unable to track your order, please
email customerservice@maxncoco.com .
