All prices presented throughout our online store are in U.S. dollars. However, if you sign in as a Canadian resident, the price shown for our products will be automatically converted to Canadian dollars.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No taxes are applicable on orders to destinations outside of Canada. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once your package reaches United States. For more information regarding the US custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

GST is applied to all orders in Canada. Ontario sales tax is also applied to Ontario residents only. Applicable taxes will be automatically added to the invoice upon the completion of your order.

Payment is made through our online PayPal account. PayPal is an on-line payment service that accepts all major credit cards plus electronic checks, and bank transfers. PayPal payments are hassle-free and processed electronically. The service is fast, easy and free. To use PayPal e-mail payments, customers receive an invoice via email with a quick click payment button to make sending payment easy. Payment is made securely on the PayPal website. Payment must be received before shipping.

Is there warranty on toys?

We fully guarantee all of our merchandise against defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, we do not warranty damage of defects caused by chewing, improper use of the product of damage due to normal wear and tear. While we use heavy duty material in most of our products because of its durability, we do not expect the fabric to be chew resistant.
