Q: What if I didn't get any confirmation emails
from Max & Coco.?
A: When your order has been processed, Max &
Coco sends a confirmation message to the email address you provided
at checkout. It may take up to 24 hours to receive a confirmation email
from Max & Coco.
You may also confirm that your order has been processed by signing into
your
account. Once you have signed in, you will be able to view your order
information,
order status, and tracking information.
Q: Can Max & Coco ship to
P.O.Boxes?
A: Yes. When shipping to P.O. Boxes, Max &
Coco will send your order via the Postal Service.

Q: Is signature required on delivery?
A: All non residential and some residential Purolator, UPS and Canada Post shipment require a signature on delivery. All shipments over $500 require a signature on delivery. A Signature will be required on shipments over $500 even if you have signed a waive agreement with the carrier.

Q: Can Max & Coco ship internationally?
A: Max & Coco is currently unable to ship
outside United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience
caused.

Q: What currency is being used?
A: All products are listed in Canadian dollars.
If you are shopping from United States, your credit card company will
convert the price in Canadian dollars.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: No taxes are applicable on orders to destinations outside of Canada. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged once your package reaches United States. GST is applied to all orders in Canada. The sales taxes are determined based on the shipping location, so if you place an order to be shipped in British Columbia and your billing address is in Quebec, British Columbia sales taxes will be charged on y our invoice. Any applicable taxes will be automatically added upon the completion of your order.

You are responsible for any duties,
tariffs, taxes or customs brokerage fees. We will bill you for the duty
and applicable HST (14%, for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia),
GST (all other provinces) and PST due on your order. If you do incur
these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice for
which you are responsible. For more information regarding the US custom
polices, please contact your local customs office.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept online?
A: We accept all major forms of payment. Payment is made through our online PayPal account and credit card. We accept the following credit cards for all transactions; Mastercard and Visa. PayPal is an on-line payment service that accepts all major credit cards plus electronic checks, and bank transfers. Pay Pal payments are hassle-free and processed electronically. The service is fast, easy and free.

Q: Is there warranty on toys?
A: Max& Coco fully guarantees all of our merchandise
against defects in materials and craftsmanship. However, we are unable
to warranty our products against chewing. While we use heavy duty material
in most of our products because of its durability, we do not expect
the fabric to be chew resistant.
